Low powerLow pressure at the InletCheck the air supply. For top performance, the air pressure must be 90 psig (6.2 bar/620kPa) at the inlet.
Internal dirt accumulationPour about 3 cc of a clean, suitable cleaning solution into the air inlet and operate the tool for a few seconds. Immediately, pour a few drops of the recommended oil into the air inlet and operate the tool for about 30 seconds to lubricate the internal parts.
Worn Piston and/or CylinderReplace the Piston and/or Cylinder.
Lack of adequate lubricationCheck the lubricator to make sure it is working properly. If a lubricator is not used, pour a few drops of the recommended oil into the air inlet after every two hours of operation.
Leaky Throttle SleeveWorn Housing SealsReplace the Housing Seals.
