| Symptom | Cause | Remedy |

| Load is not centered under Balancer wire rope | Yarding of the wire rope will cause premature wear to wire rope and Balancer wire rope guides. | Do not operate bundle handler if load is not centered under Balancer wire rope. Wire rope should not be yarded more than 10 degrees from vertical. |
| Excessive yarding of the wire rope | Excessive yarding may create unsafe operation, cause increased wear on balancer and decrease working life of related components. |
